Together, we’ll make sense of how your experiences have shaped you- how you relate to others, how you relate to yourself and gently explore new ways forward.

Short-term therapy offers a focused space (usually 6 to 12 sessions)- to explore a specific issue or life transition.
It might be a breakup, a period of overwhelm, a loss of direction, or simply a moment where things feel too much.This is a space to reflect, reset, and find your footing again.
We’ll still go deep- this isn’t surface-level work, but we’ll hold a clear focus and time frame to support meaningful progress.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
This space is here to help you reconnect, recalibrate, and move forward with more clarity and support.
